4BIS email box tutorial

Would you like to add your 4BIS-hosted email account to a new device? On this page, you will find the correct server settings and setup guides for Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail, and webmail.
What do you need?
To set up your mailbox, you will need the following:
- Your full email address
- Your mailbox password
Forgot your password?
You can change your mailbox password through the 4BIS Customer Portal .
Please note that changing your password will automatically sign you out of all devices where this mailbox is currently configured. You will need to sign in again using your new password.

Choose Your Email Application
Webmail
You can also access your mailbox directly through our webmail platform. No software installation is required.
Outlook
Using Microsoft Outlook? Choose manual configuration and enter the server settings listed above.
Apple Mail
Using Apple Mail? Add a new email account and choose manual setup if the automatic configuration does not work.
Gmail
Using Gmail to access your 4BIS mailbox? Add your email account through Gmail's account settings and use the server details listed above.
